The company provides technology-based trading and investment solutions. To enable stock trading on our platform we have partnered with brokerage firms listedwith Indian exchanges. We also offer mutual fund transaction facilities by partneringwith API service providers. Our platform is integrated with our brokerage partners’ and service providers’ systems to ensure that user transactions are executed in a compliant and secure manner.Data used for calculation of historical returns and other information is provided byexchange approved third party data vendors and has neither been audited norvalidated by the Company. We are authorized Mutual Fund Distributor, registered with Association of MutualFunds in India (AMFI).
